Ericka Linares joined the firm in 2012 and currently serves as a Senior Management Director, Institutional Standards & Governance for Harbor Group Consulting. Ms. Linares advises on large Balance Sheet and CMBS transactions, including complex stand-alone securitizations, and manages a team focused on catastrophic perils, modeling and concentration analyses, environmental liability and insurance obligations set forth in NNN/Ground leases as well as Condominium By-Laws. She is a subject matter expert on the rules and regulations of the National Flood Insurance Program and serves as the firm’s Head of Flood Compliance.
Additionally, she assists in the creation and implementation of all internal company procedures, including Harbor’s employee training platform.
