Alexis Restrepo joined the firm in 2015 and is a Director in the Commercial Real Estate Practice, responsible for advising on CMBS and balance sheet CRE transactions. In addition to examining proposed certificates, policies and endorsements to determine coverage acceptability, she researches ratings from AM Best, S&P, Moody’s and Fitch to ensure compliance with lenders’ requirements.
