Deb Ferguson joined the firm in 2014 and is a Consultant in the Global Construction Practice. Ms. Ferguson is responsible for conducting in-depth insurance evaluations of commercial real estate and construction loan transactions on behalf of both domestic and foreign lenders. In addition to examining all proposed certificates, policies and endorsements to determine coverage acceptability, she reviews all contracts and agreements as well as insurance carrier ratings to ensure compliance with lenders’ requirements.
