Jasmin Drinkwater, Esq. joined the firm in 2016 and is an Associate Director & Legal Specialist in the Commercial Real Estate Practice. Ms. Drinkwater works with both CMBS and balance sheet lenders including Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, UBS and Capital One. She focuses on identifying potential risks and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage based on the nuances of their insurance requirements and risk appetite. Ms. Drinkwater has closed over 300 loans totaling over $5 billion.
